Biography:
Eloisa Calabrese, alias Eloise Savage, is an artist whose works encompass: expressionist and informal painting, performance, video art and poetry.
Her works and performances deal with topics such as personal identity, violence, pain's limits, political and social issues.
Alumna of Marta Jovanovic (performer), MAI (Marina Abramovic Institute), Abel Azcona (performer), Lello Tedeschi (playwright and director), Tita Tumillo (performer), Miki Gorizia (performer), Chiara Guidi (director and playwright), Carlo Fusca (painter).
She has exhibited at: The Over Gallery in Barcelona ("Amor di Padre", performance); Sigismondo Castromediano Museum of Lecce ("Il Nido", performance); the MAXXI in Rome (Passus, performance); Ex Rufa Gallery ("The Offer", performance); Castello Caracciolo di Sammichele di Bari ( multimedial series " Γῆ " with the performance "Donum" and video "Libations").
Co-founder of "Industrial Project" (2018), "Space-Time Frame" (2022-) and "RetroGuard" (2023-).
She holds the Sophomore level from at the PIA School of Visual Art and Contemporary Culture - and She's currentrly attending at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bari.
